  Great showroom to view and choose things. Christian and Elin helped me with my appliances and hardware needs and were very helpful. I would recommend working with them they know all the details to help you out.

  Just bought an LG washer and dryer with Gustavo, who was very helpful, professional and willing to listen to my questions. He also explained all the benefits of the units we were interested in. We have bought here for years and will continue to buy here.

  Five stars for service and communication for this branch of Pacific Sales Kitchen & Home Bath in Burbank. Service in store was attentive and helpful including follow ups via email. My sales rep Christian Tayo has been very helpful with all my kitchen and bath needs.

  This review is for all the staff. I spent around 10 hours in the store, going through different departments, and every single person I interacted with was incredibly helpful. They helped me compare prices, guided me through what I actually needed, and stayed professional the entire time. From kitchen to plumbing to the front desk — everyone was supportive and patient. This store is truly lucky to have a team like this. One of the employees Christian even stayed after working hours — it was past 6 PM — and he was still helping me without rushing, without closing his computer, and without making me feel like I had to leave. That kind of dedication is rare, and it deserves recognition. I really hope the staff here are appreciated and rewarded, because as a customer, this level of service is very impressive. I want to especially mention Christian. First of all, he is an amazing human being. On top of that, he is extremely professional, organized, patient, and respectful. I came in from another store feeling very frustrated, and honestly, my mood was not the best. Many people could have responded differently, but he handled everything with such calmness and professionalism. He truly understands customer service. He remembered my orders, double-checked everything to make sure it was perfect, and took his time to help me properly. Not everyone would do that. Christian absolutely deserves recognition. When I saw his name pinned in the reviews, I understood exactly why. I appreciate everyone in the store, but since I worked most closely with plumbing, I want to give him special credit. I even checked other reviews to make sure no one wrote anything negative about him — because someone like him deserves to be appreciated. I truly hope he continues to grow and reaches even higher positions in the store. Great job, Christian.
