- KMKaty MercadoJan 11, 20241.0I made 3 new keys, two different styles. The ultralight key wouldnt turn and got stuck in my deadbolt so badly, it took 15 minutes to finally open the door to get in to my dog. I tried using pliers to get it out with no luck. I had to completely remove and dismantle my deadbolt to get the key out. The two brass keys do the same thing. Will not be using this service again
