Very disappointed with Lowe's. I bought two decorative metal sheets in a 24x36 size. Lowe's website shows it for $29.95 ea. At the register, I ended paying $46.98 ea. and the receipt showed a size of 24x48?? What's wrong with their system??? Outrageous increase. Going back to show the mistake & request a refund for the difference, the manager said that it was a discontinued item. I found 2 more sheets on the floor. After that bad experience with the manager, I promptly went to Home Depot. They sold the exact item (on-line order only) for $21.68 ea. What a nice difference in price. I wish I could have returned the original 2 sheets but I couldn't. Cut up already.
I tried calling the Lowe's Help desk because they sayed they would match competitive prices. After my call, it turns out my phone # is not in there system and even if I emailed their office, they could not help me.
So be warned, that even there website page can be WRONG on pricing and will NOT honor their mistake at the cash register!

Extremely disappointing experience. I waited for over an hour with my infant for assistance in purchasing artificial grass (turf), but no one ever came to help. There was only one employee assigned to that department, and they were trying to assist multiple customers at the same time. As a result, I was never attended to and ultimately had to leave without making my purchase.
I am a loyal, frequent customer because this location is closest to my home and I typically buy all my home improvement supplies here. However, after this experience, I will no longer be returning. It is unacceptable to have such limited staffing in a department where customers require assistance to cut and prepare materials. This reflects very poorly on customer service and store management.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location.
I waited for over an hour in the flooring/turf section and no associate ever came to assist me. I walked around, looked for help, and still no one showed up. This is unacceptable.
To make matters worse, I was there with my newborn baby, which made the situation even more stressful. As a vendor and frequent customer who spends a significant amount of money at this store for my business, I expect basic customer service and respect for my time.
I understand stores get busy, but leaving a customer waiting for an hour with zero assistance shows a serious lack of organization and accountability.
I hope management addresses this issue and improves staff responsiveness. Loyal customers should not be treated this way.

placed an online order. did not know that they hire uber for delivery. wrong order was delivered. it's nearly impossible to get through to a helpful live human in the correct department without getting repeatedly disconnected. a day later the wrong order was retrieved, but my order has simply never shown up.
their ai phone system is the farthest thing from intelligent.
what a mess.

I bought a Green Works power washer online. The attachment jammed first time out and couldn't be used. The store would not return the defective tool since 48 hrs had passed. I am now dealing with the manufacturer in So Carolina. Note: Home Depot takes back their power washers within 90 days. If you make the mistake of thinking the big box is there for you, read the return policy. Big difference with the Big boxes. Not to mention the amazing Costco policy. (didn't have the product, or would not have bothered with this frustration). Lowe's went too low on this one.
