The lines are already long and then after i had someone in front of me who was doing a return i step up next to check out and she tells me im going to help this lady first who idk who she is or why she got to cut the line but communication is a big deal if she new that she was going to be helping someone else before me there’s better ways to communicate that. I usually leave great reviews and because I’ve had such great experiences here with other employees i will definitely come back but if i see her at the register i definitely would rather wait in a longer line then get helped by someone who doesn’t have customer service skills .
