  Facility is very clean and secure. I’ve used this storage facility off and on over a span of 13 years, and always I’m a satisfied customer. Aaron was friendly, courteous and went out of his way to make my experience as a customer exceptional! I’m a loyal customer for life.

  Aaron is the property manager, he was beyond helpful to me this morning. He made renting my unit so easy and answered all my questions patiently and clearly. I wanted Dale Street storage because I knew I would be taken care of. My things couldn’t be in better hands.

  We found this storage facility through Google and checked reviews on Yelp before visiting. After speaking with Aaron, we felt confident moving forward—he clearly explained the pricing, options, and overall environment of the facility. Aaron, the facility manager, was professional, friendly, and very informative. He took the time to walk us through the different storage unit sizes and showed us exactly how to access the facility. He made us feel welcome from the start, and the service was excellent throughout.

  I stored my belongings here for about a year and had a great experience. The facility was always clean, safe, and easy to access. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I always felt comfortable leaving my things here. I would definitely recommend this place! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
