I was told that he could not give me a price over the phone and that the locksmith would need to see my car and key first. When the locksmith arrived he looked at my key and tried to open my car with it. The light was blinking but my car would not respond to key. I was told that it would definitely need to be replaced. The cost according to him was $300 and up to be replaced and programmed. I told him that I wouldn’t use him service because he had given me a higher price than the other locksmith I called. He then told me that I still needed to give him $29 for a service call. The company had mentioned nothing about a fee for a quote. This company is trying to take advantage of women who know nothing about cars. The dispatch later called me and requested $ 29 from. I asked to speak to his supervisor because he had not mentioned a service fee and I told him I am only asking for the price and not looking for a service. He refused to get his supervisor and hung up. Fortunately my friend came to the rescue and my key was not broken as the locksmith said but my car battery needed to be replaced. This company is not honest with customers and the locksmiths are professional grifters.
