  Arrived at Pacific Sales to purchase a refrigerator and stove. Pete assisted us and showed us a variety of appliances in variety of price ranges. Pete is patient and very knowledgeable on appliances. Most of all you will not feel rushed or ignored at Pacific Sales and when working with Pete. Pete has assisted me in various purchases over the years from a kitchen hood, dishwasher and now stove and refrigerator. Will be returning back and thank you Pete for your patience, knowledge, impeccable customer service and professionalism.

  James was so great. The reviews we read on here is what brought us to this location. He showed us exactly what we were looking for and did it without pushing. He was very patient. He asked us questions and gave his recommendations after he figured out what would work best for us. They are not on commission and you can see that they really want what’s best for their customers. Go see James and get the best deal without having to feel like you’re being taken advantage of. We will be back again.

  We worked with Pete to purchase a Bosch dishwasher. We arrived 30 minutes before closing and Pete knew everything about this brand of dishwasher! After looking at the different models and asking a lot of questions, Pete was able to print out our paperwork and get us to the front desk just in time to purchase our dishwasher before closing! Thank you, Pete for answering all our questions, showing us the different features of each of the dishwasher series, and for making us feel comfortable with our purchase!

  Kelia andd Rick helped me find my product protection plan from 3 years ago, I still had one year left. My microwave was sent to the GEEK Squad to repair, they couldn't so I was grated a return option. The team at Pacific sales helped me find the right size microwave to fit in the slot in my kitchen. I can't speak any higher praise of this team, they showed empathy and care for me as a customer. I recommend Pacific Sales to anyone that needs appliances, thay are truly the BEST!

  Pete approached me to see if I needed any help and was able to find everything I needed for my purchase of a Sub Zero fridge and Wolf cooktop. He explained all the options and even helped look up my existing cooktop details to see how the new one would fit without any issues. The staff here is extremely helpful. Came back and worked with Anton for my bath and plumbing needs and he was fantastic.
