I called KeyMe and they said that a locksmith will call me. I assumed that since they they are located in Berkeley, that they would be nearby. The operator said that someone would be able to respond in 15 minutes. The locksmith called within 5 but then said that he is 35 minutes away. 45 minutes later, he called again saying that there was so much traffic. Then 2 hours later, he called again apologizing saying that there was some emergency baby locked in a car. Which I call vullshit because you should break open the window instead. I asked where he was driving from and it turns out that he coming from San Leandro, NOT Berkeley.
