  By far the best storage unit place I've ever used in my entire life. Staff is great, very helpful and always willing to do everything. To make sure your stay is nothing less than perfect, clean, safe, secure, always having everything working right functioning. And my stuff in my storage unit always safe because staff is very vigilant and very attentive and easy to approach when things are Going on in our daily lives are too busy. Our stuff happens where we need help. I know that mustache is safe and I know if I need something from the staff, they are always willing to help and always keep my stuff feeling safe and secure storage units are usually all the same. But this place is very unique.Because the staff is very attentive when they care about how you keep yourself in your storage unit and they care about keeping you happy at making your stuff safe and secure and customer service is always the priority.\nIs not work okay , it's gonna be unlike anything you have seen before you

  I got into a bind and needed somewhere to store some new cabinets immediately. It was 8:00 pm on a Saturday and assumed I was out of luck but found this storage. Said they were open! Called and spoke to an actual person and was onboarded in less than 30 minutes. Their units include the lock and the facility even has Bluetooth access through the gate through the app. I’ve had a couple of storage units in the past at different facilities and this Extra Space facility is far superior and takes real world situations into consideration. Highly recommend.

  Our experience with Extra Storage Space in Beaumont was phenomenal! We had an emergency with needing a storage unit after moving and going to a reserve storage facility that had closed before 5:00 PM today and closed on Sundays and we could not find anyone in management after hours to assist us! However, my daughter was able to contact Extra Storage Space and they took excellent care of her right away and were still open until 5:30 PM! Their customer service team both over the phone and in person were both professional and extremely helpful. Christine also was knowledgeable and friendly as well. If it wasn’t for their quick response and help, we would have had to unload everything in our garage in order to return the U-Haul truck for tomorrow. They saved the day! I. highly recommend them! They are affordable as well.They provided us with the best service! They are conveniently open 7 days a week. It was stress free!

  Using this storage has truly been a blessing! I had to move my fathers things in last minute and they have been helpful from the start. Christine is so sweet. She is always prompt, knowledgable and personable. During so much chaos they have been an agent of peace without realizing it. I appreciate her so much!
