Desk looks great though small drawers were sticky, seems to be due to small ("C") screws that can go in crooked very easily when attaching sliders.

This was my third time attempting to purchase an item at this store and while the first two experiences were negative (0 stars out of 5), the third time was the charm. The sales associate was helpful and informative and the purchase process went quickly and smoothly. I was pleasantly surprised by the included 5 year warranty that covers the full gammit of what can happen to a piece of furniture. I was especially pleased that an unused warranty turns into store credit at the end of the 5 year term. The delivery and set up employees were super friendly and efficient and knowledgeable. They showed me all the features of my couches, how to take them apart for easy moving and detailed how I should use the included fabric protection kit. They were on time, nice to my kids and dog, and made friendly small talk.
- LLLillySep 20, 20264.0Bought a bed frame and TV stand: Bedtime frame- it was relatively easy to set up and looks beautiful, minor chip in it while setting up but I also go a repair kit I hoped will be used for any damaged my cats make but im so happy for how it looks TV stand- Had issues with broken pieces that will take a bit to fix for the TV stand and caused a minor inconvenience with the storage issue I have with my smaller place. I believe the tv damages was the build quality of the tv stand and maybe delivery as they also hit my lamp in front of my house bringing things in Customer service is fast and polite, especially the communication and action with minor issues that at the time felt like a big inconvenience but worked out good, fast response and the brick employees are amazing even with some high tension stuff Definitely appreciate the workers involved as every encounter was good and we were the last delivery of the day, the boxes are heavy!

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
