- AKAinsley KoebelSep 18, 20261.0Edit: We went in to the office and they accused us of storing food in the unit which we did not do. the rats had made a nest and the food did not come from our unit. They also denied ever getting emails from us regarding the situation. Do not use this company. My boyfriend has tried to contact you about this issue. When he came back to his storage unit after 3 months, several of his boxes in his storage unit had been infested with rats. It was clear immediately from the smell alone. Boxes were filled with excrement and what looked like a nest. He had to throw out some of his belongings and we had to get our couch and mattress professionally cleaned. Extremely disappointing and ended up costing us a lot of money.

It was frustrating to rely on information provided by staff and then be told something different afterward. Regardless of the policy itself, the inconsistency and way the situation was handled left me feeling misled and disappointed with the customer service.
