  Everything from the buying experience to the delivery and hookup was is easy and went as well as possible. At the buying everything was explained to us and he even looked online on our behalf to find the washer we wanted. And with delivery they brought it in took out the old one and hooked up the new one with no problem at all. thank you Mike B

  Very impressed with all aspects of dealing with Leon’s. Our solid wood bedroom suite is very good quality and beautiful. The delivery guys were professional, knowledgable and when they uncrated the mirror (which was securely packed) found it was broken. They promised to report that right away. A few hours later I received a call to schedule delivery of the new mirror within 5 days! Service is outstanding at Leon’s!

  Ordered online, staff called to verify, no BSing just straight to the matter at hand. Was asked if other dates worked, ie they could do sooner if I liked, very accomodating. The two delivery fellows appeared right at the start of the delivery window, courteous, friendly. From start to finish, my best furniture shopping trip. Now, to set up the furniture 😁

  Absolutely love this sofa! The quality exceeded my expectations. It’s very comfortable, sturdy, and fits perfectly in my living room. The fabric feels soft and premium, and the modern design really enhances the space. Great value for the price, and it was easy to assemble. A special thank you to Moe for the outstanding customer service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole buying experience smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate his help and would highly recommend both this sofa and asking for Moe if you’re shopping here!

  This is our third recent purchase from Leon’s and NEVER AGAIN. Each and every time they have given us false or misleading information about our purchases and/or deliveries. They tell us what will close the deal, to hell with the actual facts. After our last nightmare transaction with them I swore never again. But a look through the internet said they had the model we wanted. The salesman said yes to my questions including things that were absolute dealbreakers to me. Lo and behold he spoke falsely when I asked about foolproof delivery and hookup. Turns out that the guys who delivered my new washer and dryer don’t uninstall the old one. We have to do that ourselves. Who knew!? Apparently not our salesperson. We’ve never had that happen to us before. They took our new machines away and now we start all over at the beginning. Only this time $$ lighter for having to hire outside help. I am through with Leon’s. No more chances. 3 strikes you’re out. Don’t trust these people to give you the information you need to make an informed decision. ADDITIONAL: It’s now the second weekend. Instead of making our re-delivery a priority, we were once again the last on the list to get our purchase delivered. WE STILL DON’T HAVE A WASHER/DRYER BECAUSE THE NEW WASHING MACHINE IS BROKEN! I am livid with Leon’s. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP AT LEON’S. There should be zero star rating tab for this review site.
