    The experience with Brick was mostly good. I was looking for a coffee table and the one I saw in the showroom was nice. The one I got looked different and they agreed to exchange it and gave me a choice to pick a different table, if I wished. I ended up taking the showroom unit but they didn't agree to adjust the price a little. I took it anyway and - since taking a different one would've been another gamble with natural wood - I think it got damaged on the way because I went back to the store to look at it again before confirming. There are things you can't see in the store, maybe because of the lighting so I saw more defects all of a sudden at home. It is a bit disappointing. I would suggest negotiating the price for an item on the spot of it's something you liked. The delivery was significantly delayed but the guys were nice. Overall, I would shop Brick again. While I do have a slight bitter taste in my mouth with this experience and I do think there should've been at least a 15% price adjustment, I learned a lesson here. The customer service is pretty good, so don't hesitate to contact them.

    Ms. Jennifer Zhao is definitely amazing! The sofa I ordered was out of stock, but she managed to arrange the product promptly from the warehouse. It was a shame that the sofa we bought originally could not fit into the elevator because of the packaging. Jennifer swiftly assisted us to find another sofa which was better and definitely fitted into the elevator this time. On the day of delivery the delivery guys were fast and experienced. Good job Brick Team! 👍

    I should have ordered my TV from Amazon.. 1/10 customer service experience. Jovan. The salesmen appeared to be napping on both occasions I came in store. Feet up on a display table, looking comfortable to say the least.. When I said the size and budget he told me there was nothing available for that price. When I showed an online link. He proceeded to commend my choice (he didn’t know existed 30 seconds before) he offered me a “deal” on a tv mount. It was a sell-through promotion offered everywhere. When I picked up my tv, I had to load it myself out of the loading bay, I don’t know why a staff member couldn’t walk down the ramp with me.. said loading bay could be mistaken for a homeless encampment considering the trash outside the door, and the icing on the cake was Jovan sneaking terms on to my invoice after I had paid, but he couldn’t mention them to my face, but he sure had no problem complaining when I changed my delivery to pick up, I was out of sight but within ear shot. The whole process felt dishonest, at least amazon is upfront,

    The 3 guys who came with a truckload of my order were professional patient understanding simply the best I will not look anywhere but only the brick. Nitish my sales guy was attentive and understood my needs to a T. Super impressed as a new arrival from Australia.

    Sanjay made it simple and easy to buy furniture. He not only showed us several options that met our needs, but he also made it clear which ones were better quality and provided reasons why. Not to mention that he has a friendly non-pushy manner. He encouraged us to explore the store on our own, as well as being available when we had questions. We have been very happy to buy furniture from the Brick. Excellent customer service!
