  Fun stumble while exploring Vancouver. We were warmly welcomed by Chandra as soon as we walked in, and she immediately made us feel comfortable. She was genuinely helpful without being pushy, and what stood out most was how she shared a bit of story and background behind each piece rather than just listing features. While the prices are definitely on the higher end, it was easy to see the level of thought, design, and craftsmanship in the furniture. Even though we didn’t purchase anything, the experience itself was enjoyable and never felt transactional. Chandra’s customer service alone made me want to leave a review. If you have questions or want to learn more about the pieces without pressure, I’d absolutely recommend working with her. When the time (and budget) is right, I’d be happy to come back.

  By far the best furniture store in Vancouver. I lived in France for 20 years and had many of their pieces which followed us throughout our changing of homes. The furniture is of the highest quality, does not date or deteriorate. Staff are very professional and after sales service is excellent.
