I have been a loyal RH customer since 2015, and the customer service has been nothing short of amazing. Over the years, I have worked with multiple RH designers who have consistently impressed me with their infinite professionalism, deep product knowledge, and incredible patience with my indecisiveness lol.Whenever I order furniture, lighting, or accessories, I feel completely confident knowing that the RH team will quickly resolve any issues if I am not fully satisfied.Specifically, I have been working with Larisa over the past year. Her communication skills, design expertise, and commitment to customer service are truly excellent.I highly recommend RH over its competitors for its exceptional quality, reliable return policy, and dedication to customer satisfaction. A special shout-out to the delivery team as well—they are absolutely fantastic! Rh will always be my first choice!

We had the pleasure of meeting Lawrence yesterday and I have to say his personality and service detail are next level! He was very informative, understood our circumstances on timely delivery and in stock items. We left with sample colours and a direction to go. Had a great time learning about the different materials and options for our busy family.

Dear all… I would like to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude to Julia Jory and Emily Brown for the exceptional service they provided throughout my Restoration Hardware experience. From start to finish, I received the highest quality service and products. The furniture is absolutely gorgeous, incredibly comfortable, and complemented beautifully by the carefully selected accessories. Julia and Emily are true professionals with remarkable expertise in design. Their skill in coordinating colours, textures, and furnishings reflects impeccable taste and an understanding of quiet luxury. Every recommendation they made enhanced the overall beauty and sophistication of my home. What impressed me most was how valued and pampered I felt as a client. They worked closely with me until every detail met my complete satisfaction, demonstrating patience, attentiveness, responsiveness, and genuine care throughout the entire process. Their service extended well beyond furniture selection. They provided helpful computer-generated visuals that allowed me to confidently envision the finished spaces and also connected me with excellent referrals for additional services, including upholstery work and an expert handyman who professionally installed the mirrors I purchased from RH. Working with Julia, Emily, and the entire Restoration Hardware team has been an absolute pleasure. The furniture is exceptionally well made, featuring beautiful, upscale fabrics and outstanding craftsmanship. Thank you, Julia and Emily, for your professionalism, expertise, patience, and dedication to excellence. You made what could have been a stressful process enjoyable, seamless, and truly memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend both of you and Restoration Hardware to anyone seeking beautiful furnishings, exceptional design guidance, and first-class customer service. Sincerely, Wendy Pollock.
