  Customer service is really awful! I emailed inquiring about the issue with my newly purchased product that it’s not working as it should and the response made no sense at all! It was clear that my email was not read and they were in a rush to clear the emails so just answering my question about my Airwrap not wrapping how it should with a response: we are sorry you are having difficulty wrapping your product for return. Will be returning it now for sure!!!

  I came in for a quick question and I was amazed by the roboto vacuum, but what was even more amazing was the customer service, they were very kind and friendly, smiled which made me smile and started my day off right. The two Dyson experts were Simar and Heman My next vacuum will be a Dyson.

  The worst customer service ever I bought a product and returned it, after about 1 month they still haven't refunded my money. First they said the product had to reach the central warehouse, then they said it would take 15 business days for the central warehouse to process the product.

  I bought this Dyson was on sale for $400 just over one year using it battery completely died, and the head of the vacuum start scratching the floor I went to Canadian tire Burnaby b.c After fallen me around for 45 minutes, they make me get in touch with Dyson. I had to take a video call to show them the problem physically actually with a video. and then she turns around oh yeah we’re sorry you have to buy a new battery. She was trying to sell me $200 battery hundred dollars for the head and the entire vacuum was 400 bucks like she’s trying to resell me again pretty much to F twice 😂 The way she was helping me after I was explaining to her the problems I find it very offensive and rip off….
