    We had an excellent experience at Dyson, thanks to Heman. From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the different products, answered all of my questions without rushing, and helped me choose the best option for my needs. His customer service was truly outstanding and made the whole shopping experience enjoyable. Thank you, Heman, for your professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend asking for him if you visit this Dyson store!

    Great customer service at the Pacific Centre Dyson store. I went into the store because I was having intermittent suction issues with my Airwrap. Since it was out of warranty, I fully expected that the unit would be sent out for repair, which would be an out of pocket expense. Jenny, the store leader, diagnosed it and shared that Dyson offers a new, complimentary in store service where they could take my airwrap’s internal filter apart and clean it out. Rather than having to wait weeks to have the airwrap shipped out, serviced, and returned, her and Tylar were able to resolve the problem within 20 minutes!

    I would like to sincerely thank Tylar Norris at the Dyson Demo Store in Vancouver City Centre for her exceptional support and professionalism. We had been dealing with a long and stressful warranty issue for several months, and Tylar was the first person who truly took the time to understand our situation and help us find a solution. She showed genuine empathy, patience, and a strong willingness to advocate on our behalf by communicating directly with her manager and following through until the issue was resolved. Thanks to her effort and care, what had been a very frustrating experience was finally resolved in a positive way. Her support made a real difference for our family, especially given the urgency of our situation. We are truly grateful for her kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. Dyson is very lucky to have her as part of their team.

    Giving one star due to extremely poor customer service upon my product return. Went to Dyson store two days ago to return the air wrap after few days of purchase as it wasn’t a good fit for my hair type and the manager refused to take the item back as I had forgotten to take the “free” clips they gave me as a gift with my purchase!! The clips cost less than 30 dollars and it was given to me by them and I did not ask for it. I asked the manager multiple times if they can keep the item as I am dealing with extreme back pain and it is very difficult for me to take the item back and I don’t even want to process my refund of 1000 dollars and I will be back in couple of hours to give back the clips. Despite “multiple” requests, he refused to keep the item and he said it’s store policy. In his shoes, I could simply offer to take the payment for the very cheap clips, refund the resg of money. Or when I am sharing my struggles, as a human being they could work around something to sort the return out.

    I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Dyson customer service regarding my Airwrap repair. My Airwrap broke, and I first contacted Dyson support through their website. The representative advised me to bring it to Best Buy for repair, even after I clearly stated my unit was out of warranty and not purchased from Best Buy. I double checked this with him, and he insisted no appointment was needed and I could simply walk in. I made a trip there, only to be told by Best Buy that they don't handle Dyson repairs and had no idea why I was directed there. They told me to contact Dyson again. When I reached out to Dyson the second time, I was told it would need to be shipped to a repair centre. I asked for an estimate of repair costs and shipping fees so I could decide whether it was worth repairing or getting a new one. The rep told me they could not provide any estimate or even a range of the shipping or repair cost, which made it impossible to make an informed decision. I also asked what would happen if the repair cost ended up being close to the price of a new unit and I chose not to proceed. He told me the return shipping would be free. However, shortly after, he sent me the terms and conditions stating that return shipping would actually be at my expense. When I pointed this out, the representative admitted it was his mistake and it will be at my expense. After being given incorrect and inconsistent information multiple times by different agents, I lost confidence in the service process. For a premium product, I expected at least basic clarity around repair costs and policies. During the call, I was offered a discount on a vacuum cleaner while I was actively trying to resolve an issue with my Airwrap. Adding to the frustration, I was offered a discount on a vacuum cleaner which is totally irrelevant, when I was actively trying to resolve an issue with my Airwrap. I've been a long-time Dyson customer and have owned multiple Dyson vacuums, a Dyson fan, an Airwrap, and a hairdryer. However, after this experience, I need to seriously reconsider whether Dyson is still the right brand for me going forward. Overall, this experience felt disorganized and unhelpful. Based on this interaction, I would seriously reconsider purchasing Dyson products again, as the after-sales support does not match the price or expectations of the brand.
