  Sentinel Self Storage showed me just how cruel and unprofessional a business can be. My power wheelchair was inside my friend’s storage unit. She was a little late on her payment and had already spoken to the manager beforehand, who told her she would still be allowed access. We arrived expecting basic human decency. Instead, we were met with the opposite. The manager refused to help us in any way. He kept raising his voice, cutting us off every time we tried to explain, and wouldn’t even let us finish a sentence. His attitude was aggressive, dismissive, and completely unacceptable for someone in a position that deals with customers who rely on their belongings. We told him clearly that the wheelchair was urgently needed for someone with rapidly declining health and that time mattered. He didn’t care at all. Not even a hint of empathy. Their behavior was cold, greedy, and shockingly unprofessional. No compassion, no respect, no willingness to listen. Just hostility and a complete lack of humanity. Sentinel Self Storage should be ashamed of how they treat people. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

  I needed to put my trailer in storage due to a family medical issue. Sentinel explained to me that they had a program where the first 4 weeks were free and then monthly payments taken out at a month. I told them I just needed 2-3 weeks and was willing to pay for that. They said no problem, sign up for the free 4 week program and if I took the trailer out before 4 weeks, there would be no charges except for my registration( cannot remember but around $20). Today I retrieved my trailer and was told the contract was up and I was fully paid up. $0
