  I needed to put my trailer in storage due to a family medical issue. Sentinel explained to me that they had a program where the first 4 weeks were free and then monthly payments taken out at a month. I told them I just needed 2-3 weeks and was willing to pay for that. They said no problem, sign up for the free 4 week program and if I took the trailer out before 4 weeks, there would be no charges except for my registration( cannot remember but around $20). Today I retrieved my trailer and was told the contract was up and I was fully paid up. $0

  Paul, the assistant manager, was extremely professional and respectful and helpful. Also, whoever was speaking with me on the phone with similarly and professional and helpful and informative. I feel that my items will be safe here. And also free from mold because it is climate controlled, which is exactly what I want to keep all my items safe! Top quality service!

  Facility was okay besides seeing homeless/addicts using the facility as their home and keeping all their belongings there. Thank goodness I moved. I hated my wife and mother using this facility, it made them feel uncomfortable every visit. Now I'm at a new facility with another company and dont see the same behavior here. That's what I get for getting a storage in Newton LOL!

  I work as a housing outreach worker and utilized their service for one of my clients. I had never used a storage service before and my experience with Sentinel Storage in Newton was exceptional, they were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location for those looking for easy, accessible, and affordable storage services.
