  Very poor customer service that too for a PRO customers. No help or assistance is available here for customers. The guys at the lumber yard are just chilling. Could learn a thing or two from Grandview Rona where they actually help their pro customers.

  I often visit Rona Fleetwood when I visit I never get help from anyone but Today I was here to grab some concrete mixes for my sidewalk cracks and I got helped by Jaisper Singh the first time when I visit Rona, this gentleman came to me with a helpful nature and with a polite manner of speaking and he knows how to deal with a customer how to speak with a customer. He is a very hard-working guy as I was looking at him. He was helping me as well as the other customers, even, I saw him helping the truck truck drivers his team members this type of person every team deserve. This made my visit at Rona Fleetwood a very grateful. I am very thankful to Jaisper for providing me such a wonderful services and helping me to load my Concrete bags. Thank you, Jaisper.

  My wife and I recently visited Rona Fleetwood after purchasing a gazebo. We wanted to replace the stones around it with something that would better match our garden, but we were unsure which type of slabs or decorative stones would look best. We asked an associate named Jaisper for help, and he was incredibly polite, patient, and knowledgeable. We showed him a picture of our gazebo and explained our existing garden layout. He carefully listened to what we wanted, recommended several stone options, and explained how different designs would complement our outdoor space. What impressed us the most was that Jaisper went the extra mile by showing us design ideas online to help us visualize how different stones would look around the gazebo.   I recently visited Rona Fleetwood because I wanted to replace the side legs of an old table I was restoring. I had a picture of the table on my phone, but I was unsure about which type of wood would match it best or what paint color would give it a fresh, modern look. An associate named Jasper came over and offered to help. He carefully looked at the picture of my table, discussed different wood options, and recommended the one that would best match the style and durability I was looking for. He also helped me choose the right paint color and even showed me a few design ideas from Rona's website to help me visualize how the finished table would look.   My mother and I recently visited the Rona Fleetwood lumber yard, and we had the pleasure of being helped by Jaisper. He provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. My mother has difficulty lifting heavy items, and Jaisper immediately stepped in to help us without us even having to ask.
