  I want to sincerely thank sales associate Daphne at Leon's Richmond for her outstanding service. My family and I struggle with English, and Daphne’s fluent Mandarin made our sofa purchase completely stress-free. She fully explained all product details and important delivery notes carefully for us. We encountered a critical delivery problem: our 21st-floor apartment door was the same height as our new sofas, and the first delivery driver could not get them inside our unit. The language gap left me helpless, so I called Daphne for assistance. She promptly mediated the situation over the phone with the driver, then rearranged a second delivery for us. By removing the outer packaging beforehand, the sofas were easily moved into our home successfully. Daphne’s patience, professionalism and willingness to help resolve our post-sale issue were incredible.   I recently purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress with an adjustable bed at Leon's Furniture and had the absolute pleasure of working with Daphne. She was fantastic from start to finish! Daphne took the time to listen to my needs and helped me choose the perfect mattress and base combination that suits me best. Her knowledge was impressive, and she made the whole process easy and stress-free. She even coordinated the delivery and followed up afterward to make sure everything was perfect and I was completely satisfied. Delivery team were great and efficient too. Daphne is super nice, genuinely friendly, and incredibly professional. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience and a good deal. If you're shopping for furniture or a new mattress at Leon's, ask for Daphne — you won't be disappointed! Highly recommend! Thank you, Daphne!

  I bought what was supposed to be a full set sofa, love seat, and single seat. I made it very clear to the saleswomen named ellie who clearly works off commission and she still wrote my order wrong and continued to not go through the invoice with me like she was supposed to. When they delivered the couches I noticed that it was not what I had ordered and when I called back and let them know, ellie became extremely rude towards me and lied to her manager who also started being rude saying that this was our mistake and not theirs yet we made it very clear that we wanted to order a full set. He also mentioned that we were not allowed a refund and that if we were to exchange it we would have to pay even more than we already had paid. What a joke, is this how you do business leons!? If you ever order furniture from here do not order from ellie and make sure they do the proper steps when selling because clearly ellie just wants her commission pay and doesn't care about the customers satisfaction and has no problem lying. I saved and saved for these couches just to be ripped off by these people. What a horrible experience.

  We had an amazing experience purchasing our mattress at Leon's, thanks to Mohamed. From the moment we walked in, Mohamed was incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, helped us choose the perfect mattress, explained all the options, and made sure we got the best price. There was never any pressure just honest advice and outstanding customer service throughout the entire process. Mohamed truly went above and beyond to make our experience easy and enjoyable. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping customers, ask for Mohamed. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. Highly recommended!

  I was extremely disappointed with my recent purchase at Leon’s. I ordered a sofa but the delivered colour looked nothing like beige. It took significant back and forth and convincing customer service to allow a colour exchange. While I appreciate the exchange, the replacement sofa arrived in a completely different cheap feeling fabric. I was assured this was one of their “BEST SELLERS” but the material feels incredibly low grade. I would not recommend this product if you are looking for durability and accurate colours. ‘LEON’S NEEDS TO PRIORITIZE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION’
