⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I genuinely don’t know if I’ve ever had a better home décor shopping experience in my life. From the moment I walked into JYSK, I was treated with such genuine kindness, patience, and care. The staff didn’t just provide good customer service — they went completely above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed, helped, and looked after. A very special shoutout to Misty, Carina and Ann, who was absolutely incredible. They were warm, thoughtful, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care that I left happy. There is such a difference between people simply doing their job and someone who makes you feel like helping you actually matters to them — Misty , Carina and Ann are those kind of people. I’ve been doing a LOT of home décor shopping lately, and this experience stands out above everything else. I left with beautiful things for my home, but more importantly, I left thinking about how lovely it is to still encounter people who lead with kindness. JYSK, you have an absolute gem in Misty. Please recognize her for the exceptional experience she creates for your customers. This wasn’t just five-star service — if Google gave me 100 stars, I’d happily give every single one. ❤️

I had such a great experience at JYSK, especially thanks to Anthony! He was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout our visit. He genuinely went above and beyond to help us find the right mattress topper and made sure we were happy with our choice. You can really tell that he cares about helping customers and providing great service. Thank you so much, Anthony, for making our shopping experience so easy and enjoyable! We also ended up buying the mattress all thanks to him😊

I had a great experience with both Richmond locations. The location off Bridgeport did not have the bookcase I wanted in stock, but they contacted the Lansdowne store and directed me there to pick up. Pick-up was efficient and I'd like to give a shout out to Raziq for skillfully loading the bookcase into my small car.

Anthony was extremely professional, efficient and proactive in helping me solve a little problem I had with previous purchase. This location has great selection of living room furniture and home accessories. I think JYSK is underrated from what it offers. The prices are great and the staff is super helpful. Will definitely be back!
