  As a pregnant solo woman shopping, I felt that Pranshu’s customer service was impeccable. Super attentive and willing to help out. He was really quick with getting my items and made sure to mention the promotions going on. Great experience!

  Abhijeet gave me excellent 5-star service today! He helped me find the perfect items right away. Now I can enjoy the sunshine on my deck. He was very friendly, polite, and full of energy. He even helped me carry and load the heavy boxes into my car. He made my shopping trip at JYSK fast and easy. Thank you, Abhijeet! I will definitely come back to this store again.

  I recently visited the JYSK store in Richmond (Lansdowne / Jacombs Rd location) to buy furniture and had the pleasure of being helped by Tracy. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and patient throughout. From recommending the right mattress and sofa to explaining assembly and maintenance details, she made everything clear and easy to understand. I felt completely confident with my purchase. The store has a great selection of stylish, affordable Scandinavian furniture. The whole shopping experience was smooth and enjoyable thanks to Tracy’s excellent service. I highly recommend JYSK Richmond, and especially asking for Tracy — you won’t be disappointed! Will definitely come back next time I need home furnishings. 👍 Thank you Tracy

  i am literally in shock at the level of good service provided by the richmond Landsdowne store. there was a manufacturing deficiency in an item i purchased and i reached out to the store to address it. the person noted that i needed to bring the chair in but when i explained i did not drive and its difficult to carry this on skytrain; he built the chair and then delivered it to downtown!!!!!!!! i am absolutely in shock at how amazing the service is and how they went above and beyond. if i can give 10 stars on a 5 star review i would. Thank you to Eric and the entire staff at the Landsdowne store. I will no doubt be purchasing from them again.
