  I saw a floor model sectional sofa with without cushions and asked to speak to the manager. Eric listened to me why I wanted this sofa, he was approachable amd professional. When the sofa was delivery there was an issue reversing the lounge section because the original hardware was replaced with wood pieces. I managed to talk to Eric and he immediately understood what I meant and sent Abhijeet to see the sofa the same day. Abhijeet was very professionally, yet personable. I must give Eric and Abhijeet praise for their service and will continue shopping at Landsdowne Jysk!

  I am very grateful to Ms.Olga. She help me quickly bought the mattress I wanted. This aftetnoon I walked into the store ,she smiled and asked me what I wanted regarding the mattress back support, and I finally chose memory foam and changed the color again,she still patiently helped me and corrected the invoice again,she is so nice.

  On My 02 '26, I went inside the store with my wife looking for small table that will match the color of our dining area. Nancy, the sales associate entertained us re product features. She was friendly, well mannered person and gave us the flexibility of the payment term thru Flexicard she offered. Even the male co-worker who helped us carry the item directly to our car is nice. Very recommendable.

  I ordered an item online and received an email that it was ready for pick up but then received a voice message that it was not in stock I called the Lansdowne mall location and talked to Fi Fi who explained everything to me very clearly and said unfortunately it was out of stock and be ready for pick up in 2 weeks , I was disappointed but understood . She then suggested she will call other stores and see if it was in stock and I can go pick up from there ( Surrey location ) but to my absolute amazement she called me back and said her coworker who lives in surrey will pick up and bring to Richmond. WOW WOW WOW What great customer service Fi Fi and coworker Thank you for going above and beyond !!!!

  Abhijeet was really helpful and made our mattress shopping experience easy and stress-free. We visited the store twice, both times close to closing. The first visit, we were just looking for a mattress for our guest room, and he took the time to show us good options within our budget and the comfort level we wanted. We didn’t buy that day, but when we came back again close to closing, he remembered us right away and helped us promptly. It ended up being a quick and smooth in-and-out transaction. We really appreciated that he was honest, helpful, and never pushy with sales talk.
