  I purchased a new hot tub from Eden spas and the service from start to finish was top notch. Both Matthew (the manager) and Susan (sales rep) answered all my questions throughout the process as I was ordering from out of town, kept in touch with the delivery process (delivery was 7 hrs away) and made the whole process so smooth and effortless. Hunter and Kaiden arrived and had the new tub set up and running in no time. They were both so kind and courteous, ensured my deck was protected from getting damaged while placing the tub in, cleaned up all the garbage and loaded my old tub to be hauled away. They were all such a pleasure to work with, I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to purchase from Eden Spas!!! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH 🤗

  We purchased a house with a hot tub and had absolutely no idea where to start. Susan was a guiding star; helping us with every bump along the way (and there were a few). Very knowledgeable and friendly!

  Love the new Jacuzzi! The team at Eden is great to deal with. Super friendly and informative. Reg and the guys that came and delivered the new hot tub were awesome and Reg was great at explaining the setup and maintenance required. Thanks again!

  Just had our new Jacuzzi installed by Reg and Callum.... two absolute pros! A pleasure to deal with, quick and painless set-up and Reg gave us a great, comprehensive run through of operation and maintenance. Matt and everyone at the store have been nothing short of fantastic to deal with... thanks everyone at Eden Spas!
