  We just purchased a J-508L and believe me, it's an amazing tub! I love the app access! The purchase process was easy and all the staff at Eden Spas were knowledgeable and really knew their product. The guys that came to do the removal (that required a crane) were amazing. Same guys came for the install of the new tub and they are seriously the best! Very hard workers and extremely friendly and also very knowledgeable. We're very happy with Eden and Jacuzzi!

  We bought a home with a hot tub included. When I started to set up the tub I had a major leak. We called Susan at Eden spas and she dispatched technician Ken who came immediately. The customer service we received was the best we have ever received from a hot tub company . Not only did Ken fix my problem he walked me through some basics as it's been a few years since we've owned a hot tub. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for hot tub service. Staff are exceptional!

  Thanks to Calum and Matt for great service in getting a new heating unit installed on my 2009 Jacuzzi J210. I messaged them and within 24 hours it was fully repaired at a very reasonable price. Above & beyond! When it comes time to upgrade I won’t be going anywhere else besides Eden Spas

  Costumer service and professionalism is exemplary. But wait, expertise is there too. Let me explain... I walked in hoping to book a service tech to come out and fix a minor leak. The front desk staff was friendly and then paused and asked "Did you try this first?" Long story short, my leak turned out to be a bad gasket at the heater core ($11 part) and the advice saved me hundreds. Well done Eden.. well done! And thank-you. The J210 is running smooth again.

  Techs are great to deal with. They take the time to troubleshoot and find the fix needed. Front staff are very polite and great to deal with.
