- LTLycos Tundratoday5.0Went to the Brick to check out a reasonable option for a fridge, as mine is in the midst of kicking the proverbial bucket. When I got in, I saw the appliance section, went straight over and as I saw the fridge I was interested in, Monika swooped in and immediately made me feel welcome, helped, and at home. In short time she asked the important questions while also sharing small talk to make things seem more like friends chatting than a business arrangement. Monika, in the brief visit had me well taken care of, fridge purchased and made this first time home owners stress of needing to buy a fridge a breeze. Thanks for the help Monika! :)

- BFBasil FSep 21, 20265.0The Brick in Port Alberni is great furniture store. Their staff Jessica was the person who helped with valuable recommendations. Jessica has also shown a lot of patience and understanding for my indecisiveness. Thank you Jessica for your outstanding service! I will be back :)
- TLTia LivingstoneSep 16, 20261.0My Grandmother paid cash for a dinning set and had it delivered, upon delivery things were missing.waited for second delivery of missing items and still Wrong! She called and one of the workers named Jennifer became VERY Rude with her. And instead of helping solve the issue she now has my elderly Grandmother going to NANAIMO for a refund or to PICK UP the rest of her dinning set.... HOW do you screw up a delivery twice and then continue with such rude and unprofessional customer service especially towards an elder, let alone anyone....
