  Staff was amazing ! Nicole helped us with everything we needed .She made us very comfortable asking questions and was just very pleasant 😊 Your a very lucky company to employ such a remarkable young lady .Thank you Nicole you are a wonderful person to deal with .Hats off to you !   Very bad customer service. I went to do an exchange but I didn’t have a receipt, my bad!! So I asked if I could get a store credit. I was told if I could find the transaction on my bank statement, they’ll be able to look at the price and then match it. So I went back, that’s 2 trips now, and she couldn’t even find the receipt by the date!! Not helpful at alI. So I decided to go ahead with the lowest price as per the return policy, but I was charged more than what the item was priced for. I had to ask the girl ‘JOTI’’ if I am not wrong which was apparently a manager, to double check the price, she said they were 2 different items and that the SKUs were different. Which was a lie, i double checked the SKUs and item numbers in front of her and she had to fix the price. Why would you lie about this ? She just wanted to rush it, and I was going to be charged more if my husband didn’t check the price again. She had 0 customer service, NO SMILE, NO THANK YOU and didn’t even apologize for the mistake! She instead told me it was not her fault and that it was the system, FIX YOUR SYSTEM then!!!! And your management skills too!!! This is not how you deal with customers in retail. Very frustrating!!!
