He was very knowledgeable and efficient and completed the sale in a very timely manner. I feel we were treated fairly and received a great deal on our new refrigerator and microwave!! - JWJohn WeilerMay 7, 20265.0July 2025 we moved from Ontario to Nanaimo 😊 We needed new furniture and went to Urban barn 🤮 They have no stock and 2-3 weeks delivery. We were pointed to the BRICK, Mark was very helpful and we furnished our entire apartment with a week delivery. Mark pressed on the extended warranty and are we ever happy we did! The sofa we bought started to pill and sink in the cushions, we called the BRICK regarding the warranty waiting for a run around….no way ! The process was seamless and all the staff were very accommodating, we waited for over 90 days for a replacement and were getting tired of waiting so we contacted XI ZHANG in the warranty department and she resolved the issue immediately offering several options, we decided to take a store credit and purchase a different one we met Tracy Wang upon entering the building and a half an hour later we had a new sofa coming early next week 😊 Awesome work BRICK!!!! The delivery was on time and perfect 😊
- MKMargo KruchyninaMay 6, 20261.0This has been by far the worst service I’ve experienced in my life. We ordered a dishwasher for our tenants. First the brick changed the delivery day twice in two days, so our tenants had to take 2 days off. Then the brick kept calling our number after we multiple times told them to call the tenant to arrange installation. Then on the day of the delivery, the brick forgot to include the front panel and some other parts so the technician couldn’t do the install either. Not to mention the sales person wasn’t truthful about some details with her manager, such as us not providing tenants info. Happy to update this comment if the management resolves the issue.

My sales associate Greg immediately made the conversation uncomfortable when we said we were looking for a double mattress and he asked “now do you mean full or double” knowing full well they are the same thing. I don’t know if he was trying to gain a knowledge upper hand to feel superior or make himself seem like a better sales person but it through both me and my mom off. Once we got through that awful moment he kind of just lazily showed us mattresses based on what I said I was looking for. Just felt like he was lurking around not doing much. I finally sent him away so I could actually focus on the mattresses and ended up finding a mattress that was perfect that Greg had walked past 4 times and not shown me. After the mattress was picked we put the order in and that was fine, certainly not quick. We were given a pickup date of April 16th. We waited until the 17th to pick it up because we had not received a notification that it had been delivered. It was not there. We were told we would be notified when it was at the store. It is now April 23rd and we just had to phone the store because it’s been dead silent. Only to find out when we called that they do not have the order history on any of our accounts for said mattress. Waiting to hear back now but absolutely awful experience. I just want the mattress we ALREADY PAID FOR. *** Update*** Greg put the phone number in wrong and that’s why nobody could find it ****

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
