Great service at the Brick. I appreciate that the sales team introduce themselves, but give you space to look at items in your own time. They don’t push for a sale. They are knowledgeable and respectful. The delivery process was seamless and the delivery personnel respectful and polite. The item was set up in the location I wanted, no need to struggle with setting up or moving it to a different location. 10/10 for service.

Angela Wong is the best at the brick in Nanaimo. She always knows exactly what I want and I’m in and out in minutes. I’m sitting on a new chair from her today. It’s beautiful. It had a little tiny ink mark in it and I said don’t even worry I know how to get that out and like magic it is gone and I got a great deal. Thank you Angela for your Market Place posts a brand new furniture. I highly recommend her. I’ve taken two photos of furnishings that she has helped me with!

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
