We had a great time searching for furniture, especially since we had a clerk named Amandeep guiding us and explaining everything including the price, discounts, coverage, plans, warranty, he explained everything in detail. In my opinion, I couldn’t have found furniture in a better way. Brick has a diverse collection of furniture and sorts. The best part is that they do some kind of donations to a children’s hospital with the money they earn which is amazing.

I am very dissatisfied with both the customer service and the quality of the products I purchased.
I purchased 3 items on the same date, yet they were delivered on different dates, which was already inconvenient.
I was never provided with an actual invoice at the time of purchase — only a handwritten overall total. I trusted the process, which was a mistake. Later, when I needed documentation for a repair issue, I discovered extra “donation” charges had been added to each item without my knowledge or consent. This was never discussed or mentioned during the sale.
Within 1–2 days of receiving the furniture, I contacted the store because I was experiencing allergies from the materials. Instead of being offered a solution, I was told by Jyoti to “monitor myself” and that my skin would eventually adjust.
To make matters worse, less than a week later, the recliner mechanism stopped working completely. I reported the issue through emails, phone calls, and even an in-store visit. Despite all of my follow-ups, it has now been 2 months and I am still waiting for a proper resolution. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience.

It was real pleasure to make our furniture shopping at The Brick in Langley BC, my wife and myself were lucky to meet ZARA, the wonderful young lady, who spent many hours with us, for two days, she was so kind, knowledgeable, patient and got beautiful taste, helped us a lot to choose all what we need with full satisfaction , also we would like to thank Zara’s Manager, the other wonderful lady, (sorry I forgot her beautiful name), she was really caring and helpful , Many thanks once again ZARA and your Manager, your kind efforts are highly appreciated.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online.
