I get that retail stores are struggling, but this location was so poorly staffed that nobody could be found to get a product off a shelf that I wanted to buy. I waited for about 30 minutes. I tried to find someone, and I asked customer service to send someone over. Nothing. Lesson learned. Don't buy at Rona, try Amazon instead.
- JSJane SawatzkyApr 29, 20261.0Bought a barbecue yesterday. Brought it open and started putting it together. It was scratched, multiple dents and had something black on the stainless steel. Phoned the store and told them to hold another one for me because I was bringing it back. Lady on the line said she would not hold it for me, even told her I would be there in a couple of hours because I live 40 minutes away and had to put everything back in the box. Again she said I can not hold another. After a few woords she agreed. Told us it had to be put back in the box properly and to not cut the box. Had to cut the box to get it out. When we arrived they got out another box. We asked to open it, they did not want to. My husband insisted. Good thing a nice young man working there helped. GOOD thing we checked it, it was also damaged. So my husband asked to open another one. She was not happy as we were around other customers. Of course a few asked what we were doing. The third one was good. So always check them out before you buy unless you live close by and don't mind the inconvenience. While I was waiting a lady came in with a patio umbrella that would not stay up so she wanted to exchange it. I told her while she was standing at the cashier that she should get her to open it first to make sure it worked. The cashier heard me and ignored us. Poor customer service from the female workers. But the young man was excellent. He helped take it out of the truck and helped with the procedure of opening the 2 boxed and checking . Then put everything in the box and took it out to our truck. Apologized for the inconvience . His name was DYLAN. I GIVE HIM 5+ STARS. 1 star for the store. Will be complaining to head office. Will never go to that store again. You should not have a problem with a brand new item. Love the barbacue. LAFLAME & CO. 4 BURNER PROPANE GAS GRILL.

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
When you order online, choose the option “Pick-up in store“ at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready. Use the Pick-Up Scheduler to select the time slot that suits you. Park in one of the designated Curbside Pick-up spots, call the store, and an associate will bring your order to your vehicle. Do you deliver and from what amount of purchase?
Yes, we offer a delivery service. All products can be shipped by parcel their delivery is free with any $49 and more purchase. We also offer truck delivery for items that are not eligible for parcel delivery, such as appliances and patio sets. This service is available in most of our stores at the cost of $79. Upon confirmation of your order, we will validate the credit card you used. The payment will automatically be charged to your card when the transaction is completed online.
How much time will it take to process my order?
