  I would like to thank Rifah Alam The sales representative at Leon’s furniture in Langley, who helped me make the decision on the new couch and loveseat. I absolutely love it. It fit perfectly, and the two gentlemen who delivered both pieces were very kind so fast and their cleanup was exceptional took everything away and very polite. Thank you again to Langley Leon’s furniture store. I have previously purchased items from them and will continue to do so later on thanks again.

  I purchased a sofa that unfortunately is not usable for my space. The item is completely unused and was just delivered in original condition. I requested an exchange or return, but the store refused to help and only referred to their policy without offering any solution. After asking three times, the manager finally came out, but I felt there was very little respect or care shown toward the customer. I am very disappointed with the customer service and overall experience. I honestly expected a much higher level of service from this brand.

  The guys that delivered our couches were amazing. Last stop and they were very professional and super kind. 5 stars to the boys that delivered our furniture. They were so professional. Could not say anything bad about the delivery guys.

  Our 4th purchase over the years. Perhaps Leon's is just ok! Today's purchase with lots of details, but hard to believe they said "yes - that will work", but on the drive home got a phone call "no - with many changes" and that changes the conditions of sale agreement (office support) but the sales guy was great, fair, 3rd time he's helped us. After each sale Leon's will contact us "ad nauseum" by voice mail, saying great sale now at Leon's. Bothersome, annoying, and adds little to the Leon reputation. We buy when ready, not when asked! Also saw just now on-line, Canadian Government Competition's Bureau obtained a court order looking to determine if Leon’s and the Brick’s marketing practices raise concerns under the deceptive marketing practices. What's that all about?

  This has been the worst furniture shopping experience I have ever had in Greater Vancouver. We received a completely different item than what we ordered, and when we raised the issue, the store showed absolutely no responsibility or accountability. They refused to offer any return or proper solution, hiding behind a so-called “no return policy” in a very unprofessional and unfair way. The manager’s attitude was extremely dismissive and unhelpful. There was zero effort to resolve the issue or even listen properly to our concerns. We were basically told there is nothing they can do, which is unacceptable for any legitimate business. On top of that, we had to assemble the furniture ourselves, and when we tried to return it immediately after realizing the issue, we were still refused. During the process, parts of our home were also damaged, which made the entire situation even worse and more frustrating. We spent around $500, and instead of receiving proper service, we ended up with the wrong product, damaged property, and no support at all. This store is highly unprofessional, careless, and does not take customer satisfaction seriously at all. I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing anything from here.
