  Hi there, my husband and I wanted to share our very positive experience at Leon’s today, where we received outstanding support from one of your sales team members, Dhruva. Dhruva provided excellent customer service throughout the visit, showing great patience, strong listening skills, and impressive product knowledge. Dhruva also offered a range of thoughtful options that aligned well with our needs, making the decision process smooth and comfortable. Overall, his approach left us with a very strong and lasting impression of Leon’s as a whole. We truly appreciated the experience and would highly recommend both the store and Dhruva specifically to others. We are also looking forward to returning in the future for additional items, especially given how positive this first experience was, and we’d like to extend our thanks to D for making the visit so enjoyable.

  Very disappointing customer service and communication We placed our order with Leon’s on July 14 and were initially told that it would arrive during the last week of July or the first week of August. When we still had not received the order by August 7, we contacted Leon’s for an update and were told that we would be provided with an ETA by Friday, August 14. We waited for the promised update, but received no call or email. We had to contact Leon’s again on Friday evening, only to be told that there was still no confirmed ETA. We called again on Saturday because we had received no proactive communication, and once again there was no ETA or clear explanation of what was happening. What was most disappointing was the customer service we received from employee SG082. When we asked why we had not been kept informed and why we had to repeatedly contact Leon’s ourselves, the response was not helpful or professional. When my brother said that, given the lack of communication, he would rather cancel the order, the immediate response was essentially that the order could be cancelled and refunded right away, rather than trying to explain the situation or provide any meaningful assistance and the employee told him, “You don’t have to be rude.” This was particularly frustrating because he was upset about the lack of communication and still had not been given any ETA or explanation. When he asked to speak with a manager, he was initially told the manager was busy and unavailable. Thankfully, after speaking with the sales representative who originally helped us, the manager did eventually contact us. We understand that delays can happen and that sometimes a confirmed ETA may not be available. What we expect as customers is clear and proactive communication, transparency, and respectful customer service. Unfortunately, we did not receive that throughout this experience. Very disappointing experience so far, especially considering we have had to repeatedly chase Leon’s for information about an order we placed over a month ago.
