We were at the other Brick did not like the service we were getting. So we decided to check out the one in Langford even though we were told they have the exact same items (Not) . When we walked through the door we were greeted by John V . It was like night and day. John Listened to what we were looking for the budget we had. He explained everything walked with us. We ended up with the bed and frame we know will enjoy.,Thank you John V for understanding our needs. Would definitely recommend your services. And you will be getting our business in the future.

They only do delivery, no set up. They delivered couch damaged, loveseat pull-out piece. Had to wait 4 weeks for a replacement. I asked multiple times what they would be replacing, either the entire couch or just the damaged part. They said just the loveseat portion of the couch, but this includes it's armrest, backrest, and cushions. Replacement finally arrives with the loveseat in the original box... The box that is part of a set, unopened, unchanged, and holds the loveseat base, 2 armrests, no backrest, and no hardware. I am left with 3 armrests, missing the main backrest, and the pull-out has no wheels.
4 weeks and no one thought to check what they were to be replacing and what they were delivering?!
No apology, I prompted them for compensation and they offered 50$. 1500$ purchase, 2 bad deliveries, 4 weeks of waiting and they had the sales woman, not a manager, offer me 50$. I refused and asked if the managers knew how to do their jobs. They called back to offer me 100$. This location is a joke.

I went in with my girlfriend to buy our first new piece of furniture after moving in together. The sales person was friendly, helpful and even showed us to the piece of furniture we were looking for, and that's where the pleasant experience ended.
The sales person took our order we waited four days for the furniture to arrive. Rented the uhaul to pick it up and got it home only to find out the sales person ordered us the wrong piece of furniture.
I called the store immediately after realizing the error. And was told I would reice a call back. Being rather angry at this point I went to the store. Customer service was ok to say the best.
They did offer to exchange the furniture for the piece we wanted if we brought it back to the store in original packaging with hardware. Which all sounds fair to me.
To error is human, it's what you do about it that makes the difference and their lack of willingness to be held accountable is sad.
I don't recommend shopping here and certainly will not be going back.

I am extremely disappointed by the way I was treated by Tony. His attitude was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional from start to finish. I find it unbelievable that someone with such poor customer service represents your company.
I have already contacted your manager because this experience was unacceptable. Customer service clearly is not Tony's strength, and he should not be dealing directly with the public until he learns how to treat customers with basic respect.
As a result of this experience, you have lost my sale and any future business. I expected far better from The Brick. Do better.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
