Haven't used the Brick for several years but the need for the washer/dryer came up so we lookeda round and they had the best to offere on the set we wanted. Did the deal online and apart from a minor glitch with the accessories, it went smoothly. They showed up on time, were very professional and were in and out in under 30 minutes. Thanks to the crew.

Wonderful experience with the delivery. They took the time to take the washer outside and around the house so they wouldn't scratch, ding or dent the walls going up the stairs. Vary helpful, nice people. All around from ordering the appliances to the delivery 5 stars!!!!! Great job!!!

Purchased a loveseat, occasional chair, kitchen table with 4 chairs and a electric recliner couch on November 4, 2025 along with a $459 warranty. I am very dissatisfied with the service and warranty as the electric recliner couch was not delivered until Jan. 31, 2026 and found to need repair after it was looked at by the Brick. I'm writing this 7 months after purchase (June 24th) and repair is not complete. I contacted the Kelowna Brick and was told by Emma that the warranty (that I did not get a copy of) does not cover refunds. They have given me a credit that must be used at the Brick which should have been explained to me at time of purchase. Buyer beware as warranty is not worth it.

Absolutely. If you find the same brand and model currently advertised at a lower price by The Brick or a competitor within 30 days of pick up or delivery, then we'll refund you the difference. Some conditions apply. Check the Price Guarantee page on our website for full details.
Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
