  We’ve had, and continue to have, the pleasure of working with Gagan at Leon’s Furniture while staging our show suites at Valleywood Retirement Resort, and he has been an incredible help throughout the entire process. Gagan is always kind, patient, creative, and genuinely dedicated to helping us find the right pieces for our spaces. He has become a trusted resource for our team, and we truly appreciate the care, attention, and excellent service he provides every time we work with him. Thank you, Gagan, for always going above and beyond. We’re very grateful for everything you continue to do to help us create beautiful, welcoming show suites for our future residents.   From Elaine to new sales woman in store. Wasn’t pushy. Let me know she was new and did a great job finding answers she didn’t know. To a very professional delivery service. Kept me updated and set up exactly as requested.

  They were here shortly after the time slotted. Did a great job. Loved the app that followed the progress. Plus a call when they were on the way to my building.

  I’ve never been the type to leave a review, let alone a bad one, but this whole situation honestly didn’t sit right with me. My first visit wasn’t great. I was helped by an older lady with an accent, and she came across as dismissive and uninterested in helping while I was looking at sofa sets. I came back another day and was helped by a younger salesman, and the experience was completely different. He was friendly, respectful, easy to talk to, and went out of his way to get me accurate information. He even checked with his manager and the front desk to make sure what he was telling me was correct. I told him I wasn’t buying that day and was just looking for ideas, but he still treated me like a serious customer and gave me excellent service. He gave me his card, so I reached out later, only to find out the company had let him go because he didn’t meet “company standards.” That’s hard to believe considering I’ve also noticed his name showing up more than any other employee in the recent reviews, with all of those reviews being 5 stars. If that’s not the kind of employee they want representing the company, I think that says more about the company than it does about him. To that young man, I genuinely wish you all the best and good luck with your future endeavours. Your professionalism and respect toward customers will take you much further than you probably realize.
