  I had a really great experience at Leon’s Furniture in Kelowna, thanks to Nathan Engene. I had just moved to Kelowna and was trying to find a kitchen table, but I was feeling pretty discouraged because the prices were higher than I expected. I was sitting in a chair in the corner texting my wife, basically telling her that we probably couldn’t afford $700 or $800 for a table right now. Nathan must have noticed that I looked frustrated, because he came over with a big smile and simply asked, “Hey, are you okay?” I explained my situation, and he immediately said, “Let me help you out.” He brought me over to some clearance items and showed me a beautiful kitchen table that was originally around $750. He was able to offer it to me for $400 with the chairs included. I was honestly so happy and bought it right away. Nathan was friendly, understanding, and genuinely helpful. He didn’t make me feel pressured at all. He just listened and found a solution that worked for my budget. That kind of customer service really stands out. He also connected me with 876 Movers, and Junior was amazing too. He delivered the table for a very reasonable price, assembled it at my house, and even took away all the garbage, including some extra moving garbage I had. I’ll be leaving them a separate review as well because they were excellent. I’ve bought from Leon’s for years, and this experience reminded me why I keep going back. Big thanks to Nathan for turning a stressful furniture search into a really positive experience. Five stars. Thanks again, Nathan! I’ll be back for that TV! 😁

  We ordered a mattress from Leon's. Went into the store in Coquitlam, were told about the 100 night comfort guarantee and also about the 10 year warranty. Was in a rush so ordered on line the next day with pick-up in Kelowna, BC. Got a call from two sales associates two separate times advising that if I wanted the comfort guarantee I needed to buy a mattress protector and that the one I already had wasnt good enough. A thinly veiled upsell at best, more accurately deceptive marketing, horrible sales practice and terrible customer service. I shouldn't need to buy something I don't need to avail myself of a warranty the company spends so much time flouting. I asked to speak with a manager. 10 minutes of my life I will not get back speaking with Guggan (sp?). They kept saying company policy, on the website (in pretty unlear print I will offer) etc. I said, why not just bake the cost into the mattress. They wouldnt budge. Last thing I will ever buy from Leon's. They take your sale, try to sell you more and then make it your problem about no warranty if you dont take the "Mattress protection" Terrible. Future buyer's beware, better yet, shop somwhere else. We wish we had.

  Quick and professional delivery. The zipper pocket under couch ripped during install/delivery and nothing was said until I pointed it out. Overall good experience it now to deal with the ripped pocket that is noticeable when looking at the couch.

  I recently purchased a dresser from Leon's Furniture for a spare guest room and had a generally positive experience overall. Yolanda, the sales associate, was wonderful to work with—knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely helpful in guiding me to the right piece. Delivery arrived right on time, which I really appreciated. The only hiccup was that the dresser wasn’t unboxed as discussed at the time of purchase. After a quick follow-up with customer service, the issue was addressed promptly and the delivery team returned later that same day to complete the unboxing. While it wasn’t completely seamless, I was impressed with how quickly the situation was resolved. Great service recovery goes a long way, and I’d definitely consider shopping here again.
