  I had some damage to my couch and staff addressed it and exchanged it and had it delivered within a week. The delivery team were professional and assembled the couch in a timely manner. They took away all the boxes too!

  Jashmeen and his partner whose name is did not get very efficiently delivered a replacement chair for the original purchase which had an electrical defect and thus the reckining features weren't workable. To the credit of the Orcahard Park, Leon's management they did not force me through a repair of the first chair but rather recognized as a buyer I deserved a properly operating chair. Management decided to order and deliver an operational chair which is now in full use. I require a variable recliner for sleep and sitting so as not to aggravate skeletal repercussions resulting from an awesome 50 year skiing addiction that has taken me to some top world resorts. I wouldn't trade anything for my skiing days in spite of nagging body issues resulting from an aggressive skiing style and a love of steep, mogulled hills and lottsa speed. It was awesome. So...many thanks to the Leon's team for their great service and for already fine, painless seating and similarly comfortable. Full night's of much improved sleep. Their quick response in replacing the original chair and proving for my comfort is so valued. One very happy customer who has shopped Leons for decades in Ontario and now here in BC.

  Leon’s had a great selection of furniture and very good quality. As far as the furniture goes, I would highly recommend checking it out. The customer Service, however, not so great. I order large amounts of furniture and furnished homes Quite often as part of my business. Was looking for a simple painless process, but every step of the way ran into hurdles. Between bed frames being ordered wrong. Only 3/4 of the furniture was set up for assembly for some odd reason. And the pieces of furniture that were not assemble were Ordered wrong and Leon’s would not take them back even though they’re unopened in box. We went to the brick ordered our remaining furniture and got phenomenal service. They bent over Backwards for us, made the process painless and easy. So like I said if you’re getting a few pieces of furniture, Leon’s probably isn’t bad. Doing big orders like I do I wouldn’t recommend.

  We went to Leons in search of a couch, Jas was amazing, super helpful, It was a very refreshing experience to tell a salesman what we were looking for and our budget and not been pushed out of those bounds, Jas let us enjoy and explore the different options in our price range without trying to upsell us, he was also willing to go above and beyond and come in on his day off to help us!

  Beware!!! Super shady sales people at the Kelowna Leon's. I bought a new couch, coffee table and an office chair. I decided on the extended warranty on the couch as the sales woman and her manager both told me that the extended warranty runs consecutively to the manufacturer warranty. So for approximately $300 I'd get 10 years on the frame, 6 years on the mechanical. That's a no brainer... When i asked for a total I was told it was 3600 dollars ( I dont remember the exact figure but it was considerably a lot more than I calculated on my phone ) when I said that isnt what I have and asked for a breakdown the manager started mumbling ... free delivery ... and then said 2500...... ( approx.) Had i not questioned it i would've been paying about 1000 more than I should've. When we went home, delivery wasn't for several days, I looked at the insurance brochure. The extended warranty starts from date of delivery, not after the manufacturer warranty ends. So I called the insurance company as they are not Leon's. No way no how does it start after manufacturer warranty. These sales people lied to make the 300 dollar insurance sale. Ive asked for a letter stating 10 years warranty on frame etc... no letter. Not surprised. Again, Leon's Kelowna sales people are super shady!. Very nice couch though.
