  The new Kelowna JYSK location is a big upgrade from their previous store. It’s clean, modern, and feels much more high-end. The aesthetic is similar to HomeSense, and the products feel good quality while still offering great value. Purchases and returns are easy and hassle-free. Parking is ample and the location is convenient too.

  We had a fantastic experience at JYSK, all thanks to Kara, the store manager. We came in looking for a specific item that unfortunately wasn’t in stock, and we expected it to be a quick in-and-out visit. Instead, Kara completely turned things around for us. She took the time to check inventory at other locations, explained our options clearly, and even helped us find a comparable alternative in-store that actually worked better for our needs. What really stood out was how proactive and solution-oriented she was—she didn’t just point us in a direction, she genuinely made sure we left satisfied. On top of that, Kara was warm, approachable, and made the whole interaction feel easy and enjoyable. It’s rare to see that level of dedication and care, especially when dealing with stock issues. Thanks to her extra effort, what could have been a disappointing trip turned into a great experience. Kara truly went above and beyond, and we really appreciated it!
