Absolutely terrible management and sales person Catherine. BUYERS BEWARE: Trying to buy bedroom furniture and a fridge is nearly impossible. She made it harder than it should be . I have been dealing with bs text messages from her and pointless calls with manager for 1 month and a half all because we wanted our credit to be in the deal .
Will not be buying from her ever again and I think others need to do the same !

I've had good prior experiences with the brick. The sales team is always helpful, but... The delivery is certainly abysmal. They arrived the day of with my fridge saying they probably couldn't get it up my stairs because of the turn at the landing," it was too big", and made me sign a waiver before they could start saying they might damage my house and they were not liable - which I was not a fan of at all.
Lo and behold the 2 delivery guys couldn't even get this fridge up 2 stairs, which is nowhere near to the landing and the turn. They scraped up our door trim, banged up our drywall, and our brand new fridge has 3 dents on it. They said they would refund me their delivery fee and advised me to hire "professional" delivery services. Over an hour of my time for nothing and to be stuck without a fridge. Why offer and charge for delivery services if your delivery people aren't "professionals"?
Meanwhile, another company I was able to get to my door within a few hours had the fridge up no problem and had insurance coverage for any damage to my home, which was not needed, as they were incredibly careful and took a lot of precautions. Their cost was hardly more than the Bricks, and considering the hassle, any other time I would get furniture or appliances I would just advise using another delivery company instead of the Bricks in-house one. Thanks for being a day-saver, Team Lift.

Just got my mattress delivered and the guys were super awesome, I've had a really good experience. Ryan, Cameron and Emilio were quick and efficient, super careful with my things despite the small size of the apartment and the renos going on, and the box spring didn't quite fit in the elevator but Ryan got it up the stairs no problem for me. :) Very happy with the service, Lindsay was also lovely and made sure we got the spring tent sale pricing even though we came in a little early for it. It can be a little hard to come by exceptional service nowadays with businesses running on fewer staff members, so I wanted to make sure to let the staff know they did amazing. Thanks again!

The sales team was awesome but the delivery experience was awful. We spent 11k on various appliances but the delivery team kept complaining about how bad their day was because they had to deliver so many appliances. Not only we had to hear them complaining, they also damaged my front entrance which they said they will submit in their report. They did not deliver my fridge because it was too big, however after checking with my neighbours they all have the same fridge size and they were delivered the fridge no problem from elsewhere. Maybe The Brick needs more experienced delivery persons to navigate minor bumps that could happen?

Had a good experience at Brick, the sales consultant took his time to show us around and took us through the different beds available. With his help we were able to reach our decision on what to buy, and we are happy with our decision. The place is really large and they have a lot of furniture to offer, Mattresses, Beds, sofa's, chairs, drawers , table's etc. The price's are also very competitive compared to similar shops we visited around the Kamloops area. Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
