  Worst experience ever! We overwintered our rv with no issues & cancelled with sufficient notice. My husband called several times to ensure the auto payment we signed up for would not come out of the bank & was assured it would not. It did anyway and it's been a nightmare to be reimbursed for Sentinel's error. The gal we were dealing with initially told my husband we would be reimbursed within 3 business days. After a week passed, he inquired & was told reimbursement was approved but the only form of reimbursement head office would approve is a physical gift card that could take up to 6 weeks or a digital card that could take up to 2 weeks. Ridiculous in this day & age! The gal also said that she had tried calling & leaving messages but neither one of us received a single message, or text, or email, for that matter. We've dealt with 3 storage companies in the past (with no issues cancelling auto payments). This was by far the worst experience. All I can say is they've lost a loyal customer.

  Excellent experience with Sentinel from start to finish. Hailey was extremely helpful, professional, and patient throughout the whole process. She made everything so much easier for me and went through all the details clearly. She helped get everything set up smoothly, closed the deal quickly, and took a lot of stress off my shoulders.
