Awesome experience! Fabulous selection of products. The difficulty was narrowing it down to one style. There were many gorgeous choices. Fyola was knowledgable, professional and put no pressure on me. She stayed on target with styles that were within my budget! Mark's installation was ahead of schedule and done to perfection. Mel was great thru to the final process. My black out blinds have been guest approved! Great company - great selection - great value! Highly recommend.

The service started out excellent, we had the sheers installed more then a year ago and been having on going problems, snag, hooks not even, pleating not done, drapes at different heights through out the house, they did replace the damaged drapes they came back to steam the drapes and did some of the drapes but not all, I have complained again and it looks like I will have to fix them myself. They did try and fix the issues but have now left me high and dry.

I would not recommend Budget Blinds. I went to the store to look at samples, the girl working there said there was no samples and I would have to contact Karen. I talked to Karen and told her I had to sets of vertical blind that I wanted to replace just the vanes. She said she had done some in my complex already and knew the layout. She said it would be hard to get just the vanes and the whole thing would probably be about the same price anyways. She would not come over to my place and show my sample, told her kind of what I was looking for and she said if I wanted to just replace the vanes go a couple of other places she recommended, which I did. She did give my two price, one at $1285 and the other at $1380.
I went to the two places she told me about and the first price was at $759 and the second was $755. That was just for the vanes, they didn't have a problem find them.
I guess the job was too small for her and I save a bunch of money going some other place.
