  Was looking for Sundance spa parts, which most businesses only have some of them, not the set. SVS had all parts, answered the phone right away and shipped the same day. As should be expected, but jardly ever happens !!! Thank you Sam !

  I live around 2,000 miles from Snow Valley, but they helped me through acquiring a lost (Clearray) part on my 10 yo Jacuzzi hot tub. Part is no longer sold in US but Snow valley had it in stock, stepped me through ordering and acquiring the part. Reassembled the clearray system with a new UV bulb, and it works great. I’ve gone from a tub that wouldn’t hold water back to that genuine Jacuzzi relaxation, thanks to Sam and others at Snow Valley Spas.

  Did lots of trouble shooting over the phone. Was very professional and knowledgeable brought all parts possibly needed to fix as Im in Cranbrook. Was fixed within 40 minutes. Great service.

  Had a fantastic experience with the gentleman at snow valley spas today. He was so helpful with product information and usages. He also tested my water and told me exactly how to get everything leveled that needed to be. They had a great selection of products in stock with fair pricing. I will be going here for all my hottub needs from now on. Thank you so much for all your help.
