  Two of us in the store today and are most appreciative of both Caitlin and a Jackie who were friendly, helpful and such fun to shop from. We always come back to this store when we want to shop. I receive the emails from your company but my friend does not.

  I visit this store often as a home renovation and décor enthusiast, so I spend a lot of time browsing furniture and organization products. While I appreciate having this store in Duncan, there are a few concerns that keep standing out. The locked washrooms are inconvenient for customers. Also, the clearance area is frequently filled with heavily damaged items, including dented garbage cans, broken storage bins, cracked mirrors, and other products that appear beyond reasonable resale condition. Seeing so many damaged items on display doesn’t inspire confidence in the quality and durability of some of the merchandise. Another concern was witnessing a few weeks ago, what appeared to be a manager (I believe her name was Jaclyn) physically taking merchandise back from a suspected shoplifter while other staff members assisted. Regardless of the circumstances, it was uncomfortable to watch and seemed like a potentially dangerous situation for both employees and customers. Retail theft is frustrating, but staff safety should come first, and I hope employees are not put in situations where they could be injured. I’d like to see improvements to the clearance area, better access to customer washrooms, and a stronger focus on employee safety. The store has a lot of potential, and as someone who shops here regularly for home improvement and decorating projects, I’d love to see these issues addressed.

  Staff is wonderful. I’m assuming it’s either the manager or owner is extremely helpful and sweet. I definitely have made extra purchases at this store because of the service I’ve seen and experienced.

  Just wanted to share what a wonderful shopping experience we have had at the JYSK in Duncan. All the staff are so helpful and kind, they went above and beyond to help us with our new patio purchase and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. 100% recommend JYSK to all my friends, great place with great products and great staff!!
