I am very disappointed with my experience with The Brick Westwood Coquitlam.
About eight months ago, I purchased nearly $5,000 worth of furniture, including a sofa, dining table, and chairs. Unfortunately, my sofa developed a tear in less than a year, and when I contacted the store for warranty support, I was told the issue is not covered.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I am still making payments on this furniture, yet I am left with a damaged sofa and no real support or solution from the company.
I expected much better customer service and product quality from a well-known company like The Brick. Loyal customers should not be left in this situation after spending thousands of dollars.
I hope Head Office reviews this matter seriously and provides a fair resolution

I had a great experience shopping at The Brick in Coquitlam. My bed was delivered very quickly, and Sara was incredibly helpful in finding the right mattress, pillows, and bed frame for me. She helped me choose products with both good quality and reasonable prices. Her customer service was amazing, and she made the whole experience easy and stress-free. I definitely recommend The Brick on Westwood Street in Coquitlam!

Horrible customer service when it comes to returns. I spent over $5000.00 on mattresses, couch, stools, etc. I had second thoughts about a coffee table that was never removed from the box and attempted to retune it but they refused. Not even a store credit. Incredibly short sighted for a company to have such a poor return policy these days. …and the free sound bar they threw in as a gift didn’t work. Garbage.

The sales staff at Brick were very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They provided excellent information and helped us throughout the purchasing process.
However, the delivery customer service experience was unfortunately very disappointing. After a 40–50 minute delay beyond the scheduled delivery window, instead of apologizing or providing a respectful explanation, the response we received was simply that “we don’t know” and that the delivery time was only an estimate — despite being clearly told the day before that the delivery would arrive between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
I kindly ask management to better train the delivery support staff in professionalism and customer communication. Delays can happen, but respectful and polite communication is extremely important.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
