The Brick made this an easy purchase, they suggested I apply for the credit card to get the $99 delivery fee waived, they delivered the mattress promptly & on the day they promised. They texted with a three hour window for delivery & came through. The delivery guys were courteous, kind & very helpful.
The sales fellow was wonderful too, and the front staff who helped woth the paperwork were amazing, and good humoured - made shopping for a mattress a fun & easy experience.
It was a better experience than buying a second hand mattress would have been - got a steal of a deal on a discontinued model during their tent sale.
Thanks to all the staff at the Brick who made my life easy - the mattress is for my 84 y/o mother - when she figures out we switched the mattress out, I think.she will be very pleased.

I had an amazing experience at The Brick thanks to the incredible team there. Nasibeh was absolutely outstanding — so kind, patient, professional, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. She took the time to help us find exactly what we needed and made the experience stress-free and enjoyable.
Maryam was also wonderful and extremely helpful, with such a warm and positive attitude. Kamal provided excellent customer service and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Hassan was equally fantastic — very professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail.

Had a great experience at The Brick working with Hadi while purchasing an adjustable bed base and mattress. From the beginning, he provided clear, knowledgeable guidance on the different options and helped me understand what would best suit my needs without any pressure.
The entire process was smooth and well-organized from selecting the right setup, to placing the order, and right through to delivery.
Overall, it was a seamless experience and I genuinely appreciate the level of care and expertise throughout. Big shout-out to Hadi for his professionalism and support in making the right decision so easy. The team delivery was also attentive and handled everything with care, placing each item exactly where it needed to go. ADAM is a well-versed and highly professional salesperson—exactly the kind of staff every company should have. He guided us clearly through the pros and cons of purchasing Edgewood furniture, which left a very positive impression on us. On top of that, he was generous in offering perks and helped bring the payment down to a level we were comfortable with.
While I would gladly give David a 5-star rating, my experience with the delivery staff was unfortunately not as satisfactory. Since our address is still new and not yet properly updated on Google Maps, I understand they had difficulty locating our home. However, during the delivery, I was taken aback when one of the staff members said, “Do you understand English?” in a raised tone while asking for directions. The way it was said came across as disrespectful and, at least to me, carried an uncomfortable undertone. I understand they may have been under pressure or running behind schedule, but this could have been communicated in a more respectful and professional manner.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online.
