  am very happy with the service I received. The store manager, Derek Jang, was extremely professional, attentive, and helpful throughout the entire process. His customer service was excellent, and he made everything easy and stress-free. I highly recommend this storage facility, especially if you have the opportunity to work with Derek Jang.

  Lots of storage space for a deal. Safe and secure, easy to access anytime, of course with your passcode to enter premises.. Only visited with someone who has their stuff in storage.

  I would highly recommend 10/10 I spoke with Ryan Corrigan web lead, reservation caller, after making a reservation for a 10 x 10 storage unit and he had amazing customer service and he was very patient with the payment process and he answered all of my questions and went into very high detail about the storage unit, what I’d be walking into, my experience and I would say he was very warm and amazing customer service. I would definitely recommend this place especially if you want a very warm and welcoming reservation calling, web lead, customer Representatives. I wish all places had this good of customer service.

  Had a great experience with Sentinel Storage, and a big part of that was thanks to Derek, the storage manager. He has been extremely helpful, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. Derek took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about customers and goes the extra mile. The facility is well-maintained, secure, and managed with great attention to detail. I truly appreciate Derek’s excellent customer service and highly recommend this Sentinel Storage location.

  We had been feeling really frustrated after visiting another storage facility, so we decided to come here instead. We're so glad we did! Jackie explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions patiently, and made the entire process quick and easy. Jackie provided excellent service, and we highly recommend her!
