You go to this location and staff will actually ask you if you're looking for something in particular even if you don't have that clueless customer look. Go to Canadian Tire...you will grow old, have a couple of seizures and only then, staff will notice you dying and call 911.

If your interac is down you should have an employee outside telling people . Left the stuff and went to home depot . Better selection and better prices

I ordered custom-mixed wall paint there, used it throughout the areas that needed touch-ups, and the result was terrible — the walls became patchy and full of visible spots. The color match and finish were clearly not done properly. When I went back to explain the issue, I was told it was made by computer and could not be returned. I then went to The Home Depot, paid less money, and they made a much better, more professional paint match. Very frustrating experience. I expected better quality and customer service from RONA.

Search using a keyword, product's name, Rona’s article number, and brand or manufacturer’s model number. You can also browse the department to shop Rona’s large selection of items.
How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
When you order online, choose the option “Pick-up in store“ at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready. Use the Pick-Up Scheduler to select the time slot that suits you. Park in one of the designated Curbside Pick-up spots, call the store, and an associate will bring your order to your vehicle. Do you deliver and from what amount of purchase?
Yes, we offer a delivery service. All products can be shipped by parcel their delivery is free with any $49 and more purchase. We also offer truck delivery for items that are not eligible for parcel delivery, such as appliances and patio sets. This service is available in most of our stores at the cost of $79. Is my online order confirmation page considered an official receipt?
No, your official sales receipt will be given to you when you complete the transaction at the store where you pick up your items. When will my online payment be processed?
Upon confirmation of your order, we will validate the credit card you used. The payment will automatically be charged to your card when the transaction is completed online.
How much time will it take to process my order?
