- RBRichard Bennett2 days ago1.0Very poor customer service. A real hassle getting a duplicate receipt. Staff did not know which isle products were in.very few staff on the floor to meet customer needs.

Whether I need lumber, paint, tools, or gardening supplies, I can usually find everything in one visit. The staff are knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to offer helpful advice. The store is clean, well organized, and checkout is quick, making every visit easy and enjoyable.

- PDP DJun 16, 20263.0Had a mixed experience at Rona this morning. A staff member named Purdam was highly unprofessional and rude. While talking to other staff, she openly referred to me in the third person right in front of me, saying things like, "she took the last pot". Furthermore, while I was trying to organise and hold multiple pots using a cardboard box, she continuously held the plant instead of helping. It was incredibly poor customer service. On a positive note, the counter staff and the employee who gave me the box were polite and provided great customer service! Thank you to the other staff for being so helpful.

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
When you order online, choose the option “Pick-up in store“ at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready. Use the Pick-Up Scheduler to select the time slot that suits you. Park in one of the designated Curbside Pick-up spots, call the store, and an associate will bring your order to your vehicle. Do you deliver and from what amount of purchase?
Yes, we offer a delivery service. All products can be shipped by parcel their delivery is free with any $49 and more purchase. We also offer truck delivery for items that are not eligible for parcel delivery, such as appliances and patio sets. This service is available in most of our stores at the cost of $79. Is my online order confirmation page considered an official receipt?
No, your official sales receipt will be given to you when you complete the transaction at the store where you pick up your items. When will my online payment be processed?
Upon confirmation of your order, we will validate the credit card you used. The payment will automatically be charged to your card when the transaction is completed online.
How much time will it take to process my order?
