I went through the on screen directions 3x and had a problem every time when it got to the payment screen. I figured out the Point of Sale terminal wasn't working. There was no message coming up on the little screen. I took my cart full of my Walmart purchases and went to the Customer Service desk next to the key kiosk. I explained what happened and their answer was that the machine is not theirs and they were not allowed to touch it. I asked why not save Walmart customers time and aggravation and put an out of order sign. Sorry not their problem. What a joke
