  Great experience with Leon’s Coquitlam! We got our sectional at a really good price with a great discount. The sales staff were friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. Delivery was right on time and completely hassle-free. Overall, very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend them!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful experience at Leon’s Furniture, thanks especially to Angela, our Sales Associate! She was incredibly accommodating, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand what we were looking for, answered all our questions, and made our shopping experience easy and stress-free. Angela is truly an expert at what she does. She never made us feel rushed or pressured, and she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. We also really appreciated the freebies she gave us — such a thoughtful and unexpected touch! We would also like to give a special thank you to Zaw, the Store Manager, for being so nice, welcoming, and accommodating. His friendly attitude and willingness to assist made our experience even better. Thank you, Angela and Zaw, for the excellent customer service! We truly felt valued and well taken care of.   Honestly, I had such a great experience here! I absolutely love my couch. It’s super comfortable and the quality is really good. The person who helped me was so nice and friendly, and they explained everything really well and helped me with all my questions. The whole experience was super easy and stress-free. Definitely recommend this place!

  I bought a sofa and furniture protection plan from Leon’s Coquitlam in December 2022. The salesperson told me I could receive a full refund of the protection plan fee if I made no claims during the two-year coverage period. When I later requested that refund, Customer Care repeatedly told me I had missed a 90-day redemption deadline. I explained that this deadline had never been disclosed to me and asked for the applicable information. Instead of answering directly, they kept saying they could not make an “exception.” After I escalated the complaint to senior management, the explanation changed: I was now told that the benefit never existed for my purchase and that a similar program only began in October 2023. Nobody explained why Customer Care had repeatedly applied a deadline for a benefit they now said I never had. During a call, the regional manager asked who my salesperson was. When I asked for a few minutes to find the information, he indicated it did not matter because the conversation happened years ago. He was polite, but I felt my concern was dismissed rather than investigated. Corporate eventually supplied a certificate and maintained that the benefit did not apply. They said they could not speak to what was communicated at the time of purchase. That leaves my central complaint about the salesperson’s promise unresolved. I have stopped pursuing the money. The changing explanations and time spent chasing straightforward answers have cost Leon’s my trust. Customers should not have to record every sales conversation to protect themselves when a promised benefit can only be claimed years later. Based on this experience, I would not shop here again.
