  Not only a great selection of high quality items at a good price, the staff are incredibly helpful and were able to help us get a floor model when they were out of stock of an item. The delivery drivers are also super knowledgeable about the items and incredibly friendly. Overall, one of the best experiences at a store like this I’ve had - move over IKEA! The discount section in the back is also really awesome.

  We were assisted by Sakshi, and she was absolutely wonderful! Her service was outstanding from start to finish, professional, friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. She made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to receive such exceptional customer service, and Sakshi truly went above and beyond. We really appreciate her kindness and professionalism. Highly recommended!

  What a wonderful experience at the Coquitlam store, thanks to Liz and Lorriria! They were incredibly resourceful, calling different locations to hunt down an out-of-stock bed for me. Even better, they took the time to track down a specific missing part to ensure the last available unit was a perfect match. Their hard work and kindness are a true credit to the store. The owner is lucky to have them!

  Manager Tiffany is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and most of all very personable. Tiffany was very quick to respond to e- mails, answer any/all questions as well as go out of her way to help with measuring for doorway & vehicle accommodations. As well Chery on cash & phone was so pleasant & helpful. Due to the exceptional customer service (which unfortunately is not the normal these days) we purchased a large outdoor storage container $300 & a sofa bed $1100 - thanks to both Tiffany & Chery -we will definitely return -JYSK has some really great finds.
