- SCSamuel ChanMay 12, 20261.0It has been 13 days since I placed an online order on Rona and my order has still not been shipped. The order was supposed to arrive on May 6. The customer service team at Rona was very unhelpful and cannot give me a timeline on when my order would arrive. I would not be shopping at Rona in person or online given this experience. I don't recommend doing online shopping at Rona. The tone of the customer service agents are also quite rude. I rather spend my money at a business that is able to deliver products on time and appreciate their business with customers.

I was looking for little pieces of wood or tile for an art project (I’m a teacher) and one of their employees not only helped me find what I need but very patiently helped me cut it into 26 little pieces for my class. I regret that didn’t get his name but shoutout to the Caucasian man who was not so blessed in the hair department ;) You rock!!!

Note that only straight edge cuts are performed on site - I ended up cutting the hole for the hose connection by myself at home.
- DMdenny miresApr 21, 20264.0I think this store has turned a new leaf, I had great service yesterday when I needed some landscape ties and they brought out a new lift and helped me get what I needed and going in a pleasant manor. The forklift operator was also knowledgeable and gave me some tips on ordering lumber from them. As a contactor I appreciate efficiency and he understood the need for this. I am deducting 1 star simply because they do not carry some of the inventory I would expect, though I do understand it is a small store. I would like to see them carry Rainbird drip irrigation fittings and tubing and have a larger selection of gardening items.

Search using a keyword, product's name, Rona’s article number, and brand or manufacturer’s model number. You can also browse the department to shop Rona’s large selection of items.
How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
When you order online, choose the option “Pick-up in store“ at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready. Use the Pick-Up Scheduler to select the time slot that suits you. Park in one of the designated Curbside Pick-up spots, call the store, and an associate will bring your order to your vehicle. Yes, we offer a delivery service. All products can be shipped by parcel their delivery is free with any $49 and more purchase. When will my online payment be processed?
Upon confirmation of your order, we will validate the credit card you used. The payment will automatically be charged to your card when the transaction is completed online.
How much time will it take to process my order?
