  I recently bought a sofa from Leon’s and had a wonderful experience thanks to Komal! She was incredibly helpful, soft-spoken, and patient, answering every single question I had. Her warm smile and great attitude made the whole shopping process smooth and enjoyable. If you’re visiting Leon’s, I highly recommend asking for Komal!

  Helpful, easy delivery, no complaints on the job. Only issue is cost: there should be a difference based on extent of work involved in delivery - $90 to deliver a single box spring (without mattress) seems a little high for less than 5 minutes.

  The sales associate Kathy Edwardson at Abbotsford Leon's was very knowledgeable about the sofa we were looking at. She gave us great detail about the product and other suggestions to consider. So, I ended up purchasing the Sofa- Beige. She also mentioned about the furniture protection as well. The two delivery gentlemen were very polite, quick and efficient of setting it up for me. My experience at the store was very pleasant and welcoming. I will be visiting the store in the nearest future and I will highly recommend their services to others interested. Thank you. AC

  What turned out from a “Let’s just look,” to a “we really need a new couch..” was the understanding and no pressure service we got from our rep Komal. She was near by, but not intrusive. Komal allowed us space to chat between ourselves when discussing sensitive matters but was close by when we had questions; offered us options when we didn’t like something and worked to find us a great deal. Delivery was great as well. Those guys were respectful and worked hard to deliver our items. We were delivery 17 of 25! Yikes!!

  Leon’s needs to FIRE the delivery crew they use. After our horrible experience, I’m seeing in reviews it’s common, and yet, this massive company is still allowing BS service to happen under their nose. It shows they don’t ACTUALLY care about the customers, just the sale. We had a WONDERFUL experience from Chris in the store, but it’s all been ruined from the delivery team. Rushing in with dirty shoes on, damaging the shit out of our ceiling, bending and cramming the brand new mattress as hard as they can with a thick plastic bag on it rubbing hard on walls/ceiling, when I point out it’s going to leave damage and I bring my phone out to take a picture of what they are doing, one guy forcibly says to me NO RECORDING US NO RECORDING US, I said I’m taking a picture, you’re in my home doing damage. They didn’t ask for a bed sheet or anything to put inbetween the hard plastic bag/ceiling to prevent damage. They tossed the mattress onto our bed frame and left so fast they forgot to take their delivered photo, so they come back and ask me to take the phone upstairs and take a picture. I emailed photos of damage and called in immediately. On the third phone call I was told they would create a damage report and submit it and I would get a copy within 30 min. I received nothing. Got through the next day to find out the girl didn’t input my email, she input a phone number that wasn’t mine. Was told there isn’t a way to correct it, so if the company can’t get ahold of me by the wrong number they will try the number they called at delivery. It’s been three days since then and no phone call and after numerous attempts I can’t get through to the store. WONDERFUL. Thanks LEONS.
