  Oh my gosh, Kathy is incredible!! She is an amazing Salesperson who greeted me with warmth and vitality, for her kindness clearly shows. Her knowledge of products on the floor was demonstrated as she answered all of my questions with precision and charm. I felt completely comfortable and at ease with my experience at Leon's, thanks to Kathy. I will be coming back, and I'm sure I will be welcomed once again!

  3 year old couch broke in half. In half? The main support in front is giving out and sagging to the ground. It's awful. Attached photo of manual that came with the couch claims frames "Designed and engineered from select air or kiln dried North American maple or birch hardwood." Not true in our case - main frame support made of chipboard. No, we didn't buy the warranty, but it's hard to imagine for a major failure like this there's no product support. Over the last 14 months, we visited Leon's 5 times and emailed/called 6 times. Manufacturer: Decor-Rest; we messaged them 4 times. Leon's forwarded to Decor-Rest a repair quote I got from a local company to fix the couch. 9 weeks later- no response. Makes me wonder if the warranty would have been worth it if the communication is this poor.

  So very disappointed in my experience this afternoon. I came in 2 days ago with a friend to pick out a sectional and coffee table. I was so happy that staff were friendly and not pushy at all two days ago, Sal was great. After discussing what I wanted we decided I’d come back next week to order. I went in today again as I live in Agassiz and was back in Abbotsford visiting my sister and my son’s Dadi (grandma) and I wanted to show my sister what I was buying as I was excited. From the minute we walked in Kathy (I believe was her name) was on top of us and after telling her I know what I want as I was here a couple days ago and explaining I’m coming back next week to purchase from Sal, she proceeded to give me contradictory information then was actually wrong, she interrupt my sister, my 11 year old and my conversations often, she followed us around and made us feel like we were going to steal something. We kept trying to walk away and she followed us everywhere and then into the bargain hunters room, standing in the doorway interrupting our private conversations and watching the 3 of us as we looked around while standing in the doorway. We felt so uncomfortable we left and she followed us and watched us leave the front door. I walked back and told the manager on site how she made us feel. I have never ever in my life had anyone treat me that way anywhere. So sad as I have purchased a large table and matching bar from Leon’s in the pastll my and really want to buy that sectional and coffee table next week, like Sal and I discussed, but I don’t even want to step foot in there again after the way we were treated today. My son was wanting to keep looking as did my sister and I…but she wouldn’t leave us alone and wouldn’t stop following us and watching us. So disappointed! She made sure to tell my sister and I she has been there the longest and I can only assume she tried getting me to purchase through here today and not through Sal, but if that was the case her behaviour has completely left a sour taste regardless. She even told me about Sals personal life which was not her place or professional in any way. I really wanted to spend my money at Leon’s and be a repeat customer as I love their products but I don’t think I can now.

  Everything up until the delivery of the sectional couch was great. They did show up on time, but literally DUMPED the couch in my living room still boarded up with bubble wrap, plastic, and cardboard and left my with all the garbage. So this cost me extra having to then go to the dump to get rid of everything that was left. Called the store and they said that the drivers were supposed to take the garbage with them, but I guess at the end of the day they were more concerned about themselves than finishing their job. Disappointed, but I like my couch.
