Arrived at 530pm to pick up some chemicals, and there was a sign on the door that said "Due to holiday, closed at 5pm" or some such nonsense. Absolutely unacceptable! You have hours of operations for a reason, so your customers know they can rely on you. Clearly you can't be relied upon. As such, I will take my business elsewhere.
