They had an advertisement for Miracle Grow soil, buy three get three free. They said that the bags were on sale for $2.29 each. I got six bags and they said the total was $13.74 before taxes. But if they are each $2.29 it should only be $6.87. They said “well they are each $2.29 bcs they are normally $4.58”
Well then they should just advertise them at $2.29 each and not say that it’s “but three get three free”, because it’s not, the ad clearly said buy three , get three free, there was no mention of that you wld be paying full price for three to get them all discounted .

I’d like to take the time to say that this store is huge and easy to get lost in but the one person helped me and walked with me through about all the aisles wit me . Shaylin is a wonderful girl she helped explained the shelf I was looking for and helped me pick out a batter option. Exceptional service for this store and her . Not a lot of people take the time to help you look for stuff they just tell you what aisle

Appliance purchases can be a total nightmare. I was looking forward to our new Bosch dishwasher, but it arrived damaged. On top of that, we had a delivery window of 9 am - 1 pm. We got a call at 7:40 am that they were on their way to deliver and were about 20 minutes out. I prefer if they can honor the schedule they gave me so I can plan my morning and not rush to prepare the space and all. We called Customer Service after finding the appliance was damaged, and they could t offer any apology or reimbursement for our time or trouble. They just wanted to know if we still want a replacement unit or to cancel the order. I mean, I’m still out a dishwasher; so, yeah I need the appliance. And I paid for this one, so I’d just like one delivered that isn’t dented up already. And when I mention some kind of compensation they only mention that they won’t charge for delivery on the replacement (!) I already paid a delivery fee for something I haven’t actually received yet. Of course I’m not going to be paying another delivery fee. That’s not a reimbursement. That’s common sense. So, hopefully the dishwasher itself works whenever I get it. But as for Lowe’s, it’s a giant corporate store that could care less if you’re satisfied with their service. So, order delivery at your own risk. I’d advise trying some place else unless you also want to go through the hassle I did. There are better options. Try those out first before you cave and resort to these guys.
