Went in to exchange it and spoke with Assitant Store Manager Patrick who was disrespectful, didn't explain how the warranty worked, and told me to hire a plumber. After making several calls warranty department let me know if I would of hired a plumber it would have voided my warranty. Truly worst experience I've had been shopping here for 10 plus years also have a PRO account with our restoration company. We won't be doing business here again.

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
