- ABAlex BlundersNov 21, 20255.0I had an excellent experience at Leslie’s Pool Supplies. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and actually took the time to help me understand exactly what I needed for my pool. The staff are awesome and they price match!
- JIJosue IniguezJul 22, 20221.0Very poor service and coordination. I will never do business with Leslie’s pools again. I recommend you guys save your time and money and shop local and not these larger companies that outsource their customer service centers to different regions that have no experience on what they are servicing. I ordered 6 gallons of acrylic primer for $493 on July 5th. The eta for order fulfillment was July 15th, I started making calls July 12th to assure that. Since none of the 5 stores in town had enough for 6 gallons. Long story short , they were updating a delivery date past July 23rd due to closing the receiving store for a week. I requested a full refund July 15th, the refund was not processed until 7 days later , now wait another 3-5 days to have it reflect back on my account.

Be careful to not buy larger quantities to save money unless you use it all in season they will expire or loose effectiveness. Algae-free guarantee works but you must stay on your pool in 100 and hot Bako. Daily net debris, brush before you see green and run the pump and you will have a perfect pool. Took me 2 summers to quit being lazy and now I'm sold.
